3.  Terms & Conditions

  1. Only one press pass per company/publication, unless expressly permitted by PDA.
  2. Press Passes are reserved exclusively for journalists or editors specifically named on the masthead or bylines for preexisting publications. Freelancers may provide a note from a publisher indicating that they are assigned to cover the meeting.
  3. Publications will provide pdf copies of or unprotected links to all articles published that cite a PDA event covered by a press pass.
  4. Press pass permits entry to standard conference sessions, i.e., plenary and break-out sessions, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments, and the exhibition hall.
  5. Press pass does not include access to extra-conference events, i.e., luncheons, dinners, receptions, entertainment, TRI courses, etc., or “PDA Members-Only” sessions.
  6. Tape/video recording is prohibited at PDA events. Members of the press may tape record (audio) with express written permission. Recording devices, if permitted, cannot be left unattended at any time and for any reason, and if so found, will be confiscated and the owner will be escorted from the event. Repeat violations can result in prohibition from future PDA events.
  7. Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials or samples of publications in the PDA meeting rooms, hallways near meeting rooms, near the PDA registration desk, or any other space near or adjacent to the PDA meeting space is prohibited. Anyone found doing so will forfeit their press pass and be asked to leave the conference. Materials found will be removed. 4. Code of Conduct

Upon registering for the event with the press campaign code, which you will receive if your press pass request is approved, you will agree to the conference code of conduct.
