Paul R Palmer MSc MBa is the founder of Paul R Palmer Limited and joint founder and Managing Director of Pharma Quality Services Limited. Paul has 38 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry including 26 years auditing suppliers, 20 years named as an EU Qualified Person and operating as a consultant since 2011. Paul is a visiting lecturer at University College London educating the next generation of QP's to support the industry. Paul supports Pharmaceutical Quality Directors with the challenges of achieving excellence in the areas of product Quality Safety and Efficacy while facilitating profitable product supply. Paul uses real life case studies and scenarios to make presentations engaging and memorable while delivering content to enhance the competence of those willing to engage. Starting in Microbiology then QC Paul has hands on experience in method development and validation, sterilisation validation room qualification as well as taking the leading role in projects including aseptic sterile manufacturing site transfer of an old product, outsourcing and of course facility oversight and conducting for cause audits. Paul's passion though is helping people enhance their competence by creating and delivering engaging interactive training which will soon be his focus at the academy of pharmaceutical excellence.
