Yan Zheng PhD U.S. FDA

Yan Zheng is a Senior Pharmaceutical Quality Assessor in Division V of Office of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Assessment (OPMA) in OPQ/FDA. She joined the FDA in 2015 as a Commissioner’s Fellow and joined DMA as a microbiologist in 2017. Since joining DMA, she has performed quality microbiology assessment of numerous IND, ANDA/NDA, and supplements for sterile products and non-sterile liquid products. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Virology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY and a bachelor’s degree in biological science from Peking University, China.
