Adi is an experienced Biotech professional with over 15 years in the industry, having held roles at Genentech, Regeneron, and Lonza in both the U.S. and Switzerland. Currently, he serves as the Business Development Director at ten23 health in Basel, CH where he specializes in external collaborations, alliance management, and pharmaceutical development, with a particular focus on formulation and drug-device integration. Adi has played a significant role in advancing major projects such as Eylea, Praluent, and Polivy and has been instrumental in establishing technical operations at ten23 health and Lonza Drug Product Services. With a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California, USA, and an Engineering degree in Biotechnology from Anna University, India, Adi combines a strong academic foundation with his industry expertise.
