Arundhati and Feng Jin have been working very closely with global pharmaceutical customers to understand their need to monitor their water loops and reduce costs without compromising quality. We help them see the benefits of the Laser-based technology of the Rapid Microbial analyzer, which enables immediate detection and quantification of microorganisms directly from the water sample, overcoming limitations of time-consuming growth-based methods. Globally, we have been working with pharmaceutical companies to help them better understand their water system with our analyzer and enable them to have proper water system surveillance for better process control and reduced risks from bioburden excursions. We help our customers review real-time trending data from the analyzer to reduce operating costs, increase production time, help with root cause analysis for excursion events, and increase safety and quality. We work closely with our customers to understand and solve their problems with their water system and bioburden monitoring. We also work with industry leaders to get Rapid Microbial Detection technology better understood and accepted in the pharmaceutical world.
