Bulla Singh, PhD Khera Consultants

Bulla Singh has a BEng and PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bradford where he was a Member of Academic Staff until June 2000.

He is CTO of Khera Consultants Ltd (England) which provides Consulting services in Research and Development of MedTech and Digital Health. He has over twenty-five years of research and development experience in this area including working on surgical and diagnostic devices (Cancer Detection, Surgical Robots, Novel Networked IVD device, Mobile Apps, etc.).

He has managed development teams and undertaken architecting, designing, and implementing Medical Devices and Systems (including Digital Health and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)). He is an expert in:

• Medical Devices and Systems Development (including software and hardware) from concept through to Regulatory Submission and approval
• Risk Management for Medical Devices and Systems
• Cybersecurity Risk
• Management for Medical Devices and Systems.
