Carol Flynn, MS Corning Pharmaceutical Technologies

Carol Rea Flynn has over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical glass industry, in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and Technical Services. In her current position at Corning Pharmaceutical Technologies, as the Glass Standards and Technical Services Manager, she is responsible for the development and support of technical content related to global glass standards for parenteral packaging. She continues to lead or support patient safety teams, DOE’s, and development and research in the areas of glass interaction, chemical durability, delamination, extractables, particles, cracks and breakage.

Carol Rea Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and holds a Masters of Science in Engineering with a focus in Chemical obtained from Rowan University.
