Chad Brake National Resilience

Chad Brake is a currently an Aseptic Manufacturing & Process Execution Senior Manager at National Resilience located in West Chester, Ohio. With over 13 years of aseptic manufacturing experience and 12 years as an Educator, Facilitator, and Consultant, Chad is able to merge the two professions to create a learning atmosphere focused on knowledge and skill transfer. Chad’s pharmaceutical background includes Packing, Equipment and Component Preparation, Formulation, Aseptic filling (Sterile, Terminal Sterilization, and Lyophilization), and Operational Excellence. During his time with Hospira, Pfizer, AstraZenca, and National Resilience, Chad has led multiple manufacturing teams from 5 to 150+, coached aseptic operators, written aseptic trainings, and developed a wide variety of programs to upskill colleagues. In addition to his manufacturing experience, Chad is DMAIC Yellow Belt and Lean Manufacturing Green Belt Certified. Facilitating Lean Manufacturing Deployments in 5S, SMED, TPM, Visual Management, Hoshin, and Root Cause Analysis are also part of his roles and responsibilities.
