Chandrakant Kathote Lupin Limited

Chandrakant Kathote is responsible for the site operations of the Biotech Facility of Lupin. He complemented his master’s degree in Bioprocess technology with Executive General Management Program from IIMB. Prior to Lupin Biotech, he has worked with Biotech companies like Biocon Limited, Panacea Biotech and Torrent Biotech Limited. He has a total industry experience of about 25 years. He has experience of managing multiple manufacturing sites with a large workforce of more than 500 people. He has extensive experience of taking Biotech products from Preclinical/clinical development to commercial scale for India and International markets of US, Europe, Japan, and other geographies.  He has a keen interest in improving the quality system and productivity with a strong quality compliance mindset.
