Chuck Seipel W.L. Gore & Associates

Chuck Seipel is a Product Manager for Drug Delivery & Packaging at W.L. Gore and Associates, Inc.  He was the product manager for the development of the 1-3 mL silicone-free plunger, prior to accepting the role of industrializing the 1 mLL silicone-free GORE IMPROJECT plunger. Chuck has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Chuck started his career with General Electric as a process engineer in circuit board materials. Chuck's experience at GORE spans ~25 years and includes process engineering, new product development, and product management in a variety of industries including semiconductors, textiles/fabrics, fuel cell membranes, mobile electronics and biopharmaceutical products. For the last four years, Chuck has been successfully advancing the product development and industrialization of GORE's unique silicone-free plunger technology. This technology enables bare glass (silicone-free) and silicone-free resin syringes in order to create a silicone-free prefilled syringe package.
