Colin is a Senior Regulatory Manager, APAC, of Merck, Chair of IPEC China, and the IPEC China Primary Representative of IPEC Federation.

He is a Licensed Pharmacist and has held speeches on excipient related topics at many different conferences such as IPEC/APV Excipient Conference, Excipient Fest Asia, and international Generic conference organized by CCFDIE etc.

Colin graduated from ShenYang Pharmaceutical University, majoring in Pharmaceutics with 20 years' working experiences in quality and regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry including multinational companies like Allegan, Sanofi, Colorcon and Merck.
