I’m Daniel Guedelha, founder and CEO of GenH, a Swiss-based consultancy at the intersection of biotech, pharma, and executive leadership. With 16 years of global experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I specialize in strategic consulting, biotech advisory, executive education, and personalized mentorship to empower leaders and organizations. My career spans R&D, operations, commercialization, and leadership roles, including Global Key Account Management, Business Development, M&A, and serving as Chief of Staff to the President of Global Health & Sustainability. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the complexities in healthcare and the strategies needed to navigate them successfully.
