Daniel VonDielingen MBA Eli Lilly and Company Site Head - Lilly RTP
Dan VonDielingen is the Vice President-Site Head for Eli Lilly’s Research Triangle Park (RTP) manufacturing facility located in Durham, North Carolina. The RTP site is a greenfield build and is a parenteral manufacturing (formulation, filling, vision inspection), device assembly, packaging, and laboratory testing site. The facility will advance Lilly’s digital plant initiatives by further automating and integrating many aspects of the manufacturing process.
Dan has been with Eli Lilly for over 22 years holding roles in engineering, quality assurance, and operations across many sites and networks including drug substance, drug product, and external manufacturing. Prior to joining Lilly, Dan worked in the specialty chemical industry in engineering and operations.
Dan has a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Clemson University.
When not making medicine, Dan enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with his family.
