David Besse PhD U.S. FDA

David Besse is a chemist in the Division of Manufacturing Technologies within the Office of New Animal Drug Evaluation at the Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM). Since joining CVM in 2016 he reviews all aspects of the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) information for generic sterile injectable drug product applications. David has a Ph.D. in bioinorganic chemistry from Duke University.
