Denyse Baker is Associate Vice President of External Engagement and Advocacy for Global Quality Compliance with Eli Lilly and Company. She is passionate about connecting and collaborating to promote the importance of science-based regulation and organizational quality maturity as foundations for delivering high quality products to patients. Denyse’s expertise includes policy development, external engagement, regulatory affairs, quality systems, parenteral manufacturing and engineering. She is chair of PDA’s Regulatory and Quality Advisory Board, and co-leader of the Quality Maturity Task Force. Denyse is a licensed professional engineer and holds RAC certifications.
