Haydyn Phillips AstraZeneca

With over 15 years' experience & with a background in HCI & Behavioural Psychology, Haydyn is currently the Dir. of UX at AstraZeneca, where over the last 5+ years he has worked across multiple complex med & health-tech projects for patients, HCPs & others. Haydyn merges, human-factors, behavioural science and UX practices to understand, design for and evaluate outcomes for both exploratory and regulated devices, including leveraging novel technology and models for improved patient centricity. Haydyn is actively leading the growing Behavioural Science & Design group within the business where a multi-disciplinary approach is becoming accepted to improve the way products and services are delivered to healthcare networks. In his spare time, Haydyn is (for some reason) training for a half-marathon, as well as staying on top of current affairs, naturally accompanied by a good cup of coffee.
