Ivy Lin Genentech

Ai Lin is a Senior Engineer in the Device Development group at Genentech.  She is a subject matter expert in glass prefilled syringes, and also holds responsibility as technical lead for the development of various combination products and primary components.  She is directly involved in a global Roche initiative on prefilled syringe, leading various workstreams in evaluating syringe suppliers and implementing changes to improve syringe quality using a risk-based approach.
