Ivy Louis, Founder of VIENNI TRAINING & CONSULTING LLP & Eduoriens Skill Development LLP, with a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA(Human Resource Management). 34 years of my work experience spans teaching, pharmaceutical manufacturing/quality and services industry. The consultation (optimizing unit operations for sterile product manufacture), training and educational services from 2010 supports the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical operations in the core areas of manufacturing, quality assurance with softer elements of human behaviour. Altered approaches to being excellent at work, & enhancing performance standards is a distinctive feature of our services. My association with PDA Inc. from 2003, as a member & with PDA Chapter in India, from 2013 onwards have added to my learning. Being a Member of the Steering Committee for Awards in 2017, Member- PDA letter Editorial Committee, a Member of the Task Force working on an ANSI standard for Quality Risk Management for Aseptic Processing in addition to being Vice Chair of the Science Advisory Board, am passionate about Education & Learning, because of what it can do to seed change. As a member of the Board of Directors for PDA Inc., learning from people in the world of PDA is a privilege.
