Jill Hammond MPH U.S. FDA Director, Training & Regulatory Science, Compounding Quality Center of Excellence, Office of Compliance OC, CDER
CAPT Jill R. Hammond serves as the Director of Training & Regulatory Science for the FDA Compounding Quality Center of Excellence and as a Program Manager in the Office of Compounding Quality and Compliance (OCQC). She also serves as a Senior Engineer Officer in the U. S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&TSU) and Master of Public Health degree from the University of Maryland. Prior to joining the U. S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps in 2007, Jill worked as Process and Manufacturing Engineers in various industries including pharmaceuticals, specialty materials, and telecommunications and as a Project Manager in health policy and cancer research.
