John Abt Teva Pharmaceuticals

John Abt has over 25 years of experience in a variety of operational and scientific leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. He joined Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2000 where he served as the plant manager of their Pennsylvania facility before taking the helm as the Vice President of US Operations and Continuous Improvement where he earned his lean six sigma black belt certification. John returned to his roots in Quality in 2010 and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Quality Strategy at Teva. John and his team are responsible for quality strategic planning, leadership of global quality improvement activities and quality support of the Operational Excellence Program at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
