Juan Giménez Genentech

Juan is a global leader and proven manager in the biotech industry. With more than twenty-six years of biopharmaceutical experience, he has contributed to the development of biological products that resulted in the licensure and commercialization of several vaccines and therapeutic proteins.

Based in South San Francisco, California, Juan currently leads a global technical regulatory organization that establishes CMC strategies for all of Genentech/Roche’s marketed biologics. Areas of expertise include CMC development and life-cycle management of commercial biologics, as well as regulatory filings, product licensure, and license renewals. Juan is experienced with Advocacy & Policy efforts and interactions with several Health Authorities in a global capacity.
