After graduating from the French Air Force Technical Training School (EETAA) in 1989, Laurent Rousseau participated in developing software and test benches for medium-range nuclear ground-air missiles in close collaboration with the European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company (EADS). He worked closely with the French Defense Procurement Agency (DGA), Matra, and Dassault Aviation. Laurent Rousseau holds military-level clearance.

In 1997, Laurent Rousseau joined the Cross Systems group. There he worked on two major projects in the banking sector, including redesigning information systems for Société Générale to prepare the Euro transition, and implementing an emergency plan for the Bank of France.

In 1999, Laurent Rousseau founded OCEASOFT. He has since been the company’s CEO, in coordination with the goals of the Board of Directors and investor shareholders, with a particular focus on topics related to export development and launching new products, as well as the company’s financial and personnel management. An international-level manager, Laurent Rousseau is responsible for the company’s worldwide development.
