Lisette Gilchrist is an experienced Quality professional who works for Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals where she was named one of Bayer's Top 10 Working Mothers of the Year. Lisette previously worked at the Bayer Supply Center-Emeryville, where she was responsible for QA Intermediate Product Release and QA Customer Complaints and moved to the Supply Center-Berkeley where she is the head of Compliance, hosting regulatory inspections and internal audits, and is responsible for Site cGMP Compliance, Supplier Management and Technical Training. Lisette has a demonstrated track record for leading and implementing sustainable, compliant, efficient (and sometimes even fun) Quality Systems initiatives in deviation management, customer complaints and release cycle time. Lisette serves as a Faculty Instructor for the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) providing training on leading change in a highly regulated industry and quality management leadership and is a member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association (HB). She has an MBA from George Washington University and a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, Lisette is a Women Unlimited, Inc. leadership training program mentor and brings her experience and enthusiasm for continuous improvement projects, cross-functional team leadership and promotion of a collaborative, compliant biotech environment.
