Lorraine O’Shea Eli Lilly and Company Associate VP- Small Molecule and Peptide Plant Manager Lorraine O’Shea is currently Associate VP, Small Molecule and Peptide Plant Manager at the Eli Lilly and Company API manufacturing facility in Kinsale, Ireland. In this role, she is responsible for delivering all elements of the business. Since Lorraine joined Eli Lilly in 2007, she has held various roles including Biologics Plant Manager in Kinsale, leading the area through a period of significant capital investment. Lorraine has also completed multiple long-term international assignments in Indianapolis and New Jersey, working in the areas of Research and Development, Corporate Strategic Planning and Senior Manufacturing Management. Lorraine has a BEng in Chemical & Process Engineering and MSc in Biotechnology.
