Lutz Mathe GE Healthcare Europe GmbH

Lutz joined GE Healthcare in 2005 as bioprocess specialist and took over the role as Business Development Manager for Bioprocess in 2011, with a focus on downstream processing in the biopharmaceutical industry.

From 2000- 2005, Lutz worked for Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg as process engineer in production and process development of mg-kg protein scale processes, and since 2002 in preclinical research and development involved in the development of monoclonal antibodies. After finishing his studies, Lutz conducted research work at the MPI of Chemical Ecology and at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology in Jena. Lutz holds a degree in Biotechnology and an MBA.
