Mads Reedtz Espersen Novo Nordisk A/S

Mads Reedtz Espersen has been with Novo Nordisk for the past 21 years. In the first 5 of this years, Mr Espersen has been employed in the Fill & Finish production and the in latest more than 16 years, Mr. Espersen has served as the quality responsible for glass containers and lately in the development of primary packaging containers.

The responsibilities of the first position included the assessment and approval of new suppliers as well as regularly and ad-hoc auditing and continuous quality improvement in relation to approved suppliers and internal Novo Nordisk failure investigations related to glass quality. Most recently, Mr. Espersen has furthermore been involved in the development of new primary packaging materials.

Mads Reedtz Espersen holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Aarhus Technical University.
