Matthew Shields Amgen, Inc.

Matt Shields is the Executive Director, Plant Manager for Amgen's Next Generation Manufacturing facility located in Singapore. This new transformative manufacturing platform is first of its kind and is simpler, efficient, flexible and will accommodate Amgen's future products. Matt previously worked with Amgen in California and Rhode Island holding a variety of positions of increasing responsibility within Manufacturing and Engineering. Matt holds an MBA from Bryant University and a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical and Material Science Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
