Michael Grischeau AbbVie Inc.

Michael Grischeau is the Director of Data Analytics and Management Review at AbbVie. He has over 20 years in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry leading global teams that provide strategic insights on quality system health, product data, and site performance across global manufacturing networks. In his current role, Michael's team supports the development of tranformation innovation opportunities that focus on converting high-value opportunities into high-impact solutions with new or existing technology capabilities, like AI and Automation, to reduce complexity and drive performance across AbbVie Operations. Michael attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds certifications in Applied Business Analytics from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, Lean Six Sigma from the American Society of Quality (ASQ), and the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) from the CMMI Institute. His additional external engagements include active membership on ISPE’s Advancing Pharmaceutical Quality (APQ) committee, where he led development of the APQ guide for Management Responsibilities and Management Review (published July 2021) and the training design for use of APQ’s Quality Management Maturity Model.
