Regina Demlova, MD, PhD, Assoc. Prof. Director of the CREATIC CoE (Central European Advanced Therapy and Immunotherapy Center), Head of CZECRIN (Czech Clinical Research Infastructure Network), Head of Dept. of Pharmacology, Masaryk University, Faculty of Medicine, Brno, Czech Republic Regina Demlova is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Masaryk University. Since 1997, she has worked at the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute (MMCI) in Brno, Czech Republic, where she serves as the Head of the Clinical Trial Unit. After completing Board I in Internal Medicine and Board II in Clinical Pharmacology, she specialized in clinical pharmacology. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Oncology in 2009, since 2011, she has also served as the Head of the Department of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University. She is the principal investigator of the CZECRIN clinical research infrastructure, which supports non-commercial clinical trials. Since 2024, she has been the director of the newly established Center of Excellence CREATIC for Research, Development, and GMP Production of Cell and Gene Therapies at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University.
