Ross Allen Eli Lilly and Company

Ross Allen earned his Bachelor’s degrees in biomedical and chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He joined the Packaging Development group at Eli Lilly and Company in 2003 with responsibilities for supporting parenteral container closure system development for pipeline products, as well as supporting changes to container closure systems for marketed products. He is currently an Associate Senior Consultant Engineer in the Delivery, Device, and Connected Solutions group at Lilly, providing systems engineering leadership supporting the nasal delivery platform and the biomolecule pipeline.
