Sarah Horton Pfizer Pharmaceuticals

Mrs. Horton has been with Pfizer since 2001 in various manufacturing roles, initially supporting API production. Most recently she supported drug substance external supply sites and worked to develop Pfizer's human performance program. Currently, as a Global Six Sigma Leader and Master Black Belt in Operational Excellence, she delivers Green and Black Belt training, coaches colleagues in troubleshooting through the use of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, and executes network and supplier projects in support of Pfizer's vaccine business.
