Stephanie Hempstead is a Senior Scientist for R&D Microbiology at bioMeriuex. Stephanie earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and her Ph.D. in Comparative Biomedical Sciences from North Carolina State University. Stephanie is focused on bringing together insights from clinical and industry teams to solve complex problems and provide solutions for applications in the pharmaceutical industry. With over 10 years of technical experience, Stephanie’s diverse background in cell biology, biotechnology, and microbiology allow for a unique perspective and solution-based approach to rapidly changing landscape of pharmaceutical development and quality control.
