Stephanie Lee MBS Amgen

Stephanie Lee is a Strategic Planning and Operations Manager in External Supply Manufacturing at Amgen. In her role, she leads tech transfers, new product introductions, launches, and key initiatives focusing on rare diseases. Previously, she was a CMC Project Manager in Process Development, leading global teams and managing programs including: design controls for combination products and clinical/commercial development in general medicine, oncology, and inflammation. Prior to Amgen, Stephanie worked at Stanford Health Care. Stephanie holds a Master of Business and Science from Keck Graduate Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Stephanie has been an active PDA leader and volunteer since 2019. Most recently, she served as the PDA West Coast Chapter (WCC) President for 2023-2024 and PDA SoCal Student Chapter President (2020-2021). Under her leadership, PDA WCC was recognized as 2023 PDA Chapter of the Year and Stephanie was awarded PDA Outstanding Early Career Professional in 2022. She is also on the PDA Annual Program Planning Steering Committee 2024 and 2025. For the 2025-2026 term, Stephanie continues to contribute to the PDA West Coast Chapter as Board Member-at-Large and has joined the Advisory Board as immediate Past President.
