Wolfgang Schumacher F. Hoffmann-La Roche

After his studies in Chemistry and Pharmacy, Dr. Wolfgang Schumacher worked for 18 years with Asta Medica, Frankfurt, where he headed different positions in Cancer Research, Project Management and Quality Assurance.

In 2001, he joined F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Basel, where he lead the Quality Unit of Information Technology until 2010.

At present, Wolfgang is heading the Technical Operations Business Quality Assurance teams in Basel and San Francisco, governing the global Roche GMP computer systems.
