Dear Colleague,
Join us in Dublin for the PDA Miniverse: Medical Devices, Combination Products and Connected Health Conference 2026, taking place on 21-22 May 2026.
The program will focus on several key themes, including sustainability in device development, where experts will discuss how to implement sustainability in a changing environment, apply behavioral science to understand perceptions of sustainable self-injection devices, and balance cost, sustainability, and scalability in autoinjector innovation. Sessions on injection devices and large-volume delivery will address the evolving landscape of intravenous versus subcutaneous administration, high-dose subcutaneous delivery, and the challenges of large-volume injections. The conference will also explore digital health and connected devices, highlighting how smart sensing technologies can improve side-effect management and how digital solutions are being integrated into global clinical trials. In addition, platform and device strategy sessions will examine the lifecycle of drug–device combinations, the management of connected device changes in platformed environments, and patient-centric digital education concepts, alongside usability considerations such as lyophilized drug products.
Across plenary and speed sessions, interactive discussions, posters, and an exhibition, regulatory specialists, industry leaders, and patient-focused experts will share practical experiences and perspectives on advancing safe, effective, and user-friendly medical devices and combination products. Networking breaks, a dedicated evening event, and guided poster activities will provide ample opportunities for discussion and collaboration within the global connected health community.
