Ethics is an area of great importance in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Individuals including leadership involved need to understand their responsibility and accountability to the patient and the organization when performing their work activities. Pharmaceutical manufacturing is complex and if not executed with great care can result in patient injury and even death as has unfortunately been demonstrated throughout the history of the industry. This training course is designed to strengthen attendees' understanding of their responsibility and accountability as it relates to their role whether it be on the floor or in support of the Manufacturing operation.
The training course will include group activities, case studies, as well as work with a clinical psychiatrist on rationalization and decision making.
You will walk away with a Pharma Mfg code of ethics for you and your company.
