3 Questions for Biogen’s Amy Wilson

Over the past few years, Biogen has taken a resilience approach to its production operations. Amy Wilson, PhD, the company’s Director of Global Human Performance, spoke on Biogen’s experience at the 2018 PDA Annual Meeting in Orlando, Fla. Her talk was part of the plenary session, “Increasing Capacity and Capability without Increasing Costs,” held March 21. She also wrote about the topic in an article for the PDA Letter.
