With 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Christy specializes in process optimization, product development, and manufacturing, with a focus on sterile filling. She has extensive expertise in all phases of drug development, from discovery to commercial manufacturing. Her areas of specialization include tech transfer, scale-up, process validation, and small molecule formulation for controlled release. Christy holds a degree from Moravian University and has been instrumental in driving product innovations and ensuring patient-centric solutions in global pharmaceutical projects. Before joining Thermo Fisher, she served as a Formulation Scientist at Particle Sciences, A Lubrizol Company. Christy regularly contributes her insights at major industry conferences, including DCAT and CPHI.
