Fredrik Asell, MSc AstraZeneca

Fredrik is the Head of Quality Assurance Supply Americas, providing Quality leadership to the AZ Operations in the Americas region, including 5 manufacturing sites in the US and 3 manufacturing sites in Latin America.

Fredrik has a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (pharma specialization) from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and joined AstraZeneca in 2001. He has held a number of different roles in quality in Sweden Operations, both in laboratories and close to production through IPC/PAT. He also spent 2 years in Quality in AZ Maihara, Japan.
