Mihir Rajhansa Thermo Fisher Scientific

Mihir Rajhansa is a Scientist II in the Bioproduction Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific and serves in the R&D team of the Pharma Analytics department to develop qPCR assays for the detection of residual genomic material from purified gene therapy and cell-therapy samples. He completed his Master of Engineering in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley in 2020 and joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in October 2020.

Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mihir worked as a Research Assistant at IIT Bombay, where he focused on the development of Solid Polymeric Microneedles. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology in 2018 from India and came to the US in 2019 for his graduate studies.
