Pedro Mauri Roche

Pedro Mauri is a Product Strategy Leader at Roche, where he manages cross-functional Technical Product Teams across Pharma Global Technical Operations (PT). The functions include Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Regulatory, Finance, Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufacturing. In this role, he is responsible for designing end to end supply chains for the full product lifecycle translating business strategy into the PT plan for execution.

With over 24 years of pharma industry experience in Quality and Supply Chain, Pedro has provided strategic direction and influenced decision making across the global network to achieve results. In the last few years, he has focused on identifying and implementing customer centric supply chain solutions that enable greater access to life saving medicines and improve customer experience.
