Priscilla Robinson, PhD Merck & Co., Inc.

Priscilla is responsible for Sterile Quality Assurance across Merck Sharp & Dohme’s manufacturing network and has held this position since mid-2013. She is responsible for developing policies and guidance documents and work jointly with other divisional groups and the sites to transform the Sterile Network compliance and quality performance.  She is passionate about bringing technically sound, risk based solutions which ensure reliable supply of quality products.

After joining Merck in 1993, Priscilla spent 10 years in Pharmaceutical Technical Operations supporting solid dosage forms including new product development, technical transfer, and in-line product support in either a divisional group or leading a site Technical Operations group (Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico).  Starting in 2005, Priscilla had a variety of leadership roles in Vaccine Technical Operations supporting formulation and filling, sterile supplies, and bulk vaccines in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Ireland.  For the first half of 2013, Priscilla was the interim head of Sterile Technical Operation supporting the Sterile Network.

She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Massachusetts and a M.S. and Ph.D. from University of Pennsylvania.
