Wei Chen, PhD. Is Executive Director CMC Management, at WuXi Biologics. Wei has 25+ years of experience in early and late phase product and process development, technology transfer, validation, regulatory submission, commercialization, and life cycle management of monoclonal antibodies, proteins, peptides, antibody-drug conjugates [ADC] and devices (development and assembly of PFS, NSD and autoinjector etc.). Wei held positions of increasing responsibilities at Protagonist, Gilead, Eli Lilly, and Fresenius before he joined WuXi Biologics. Wei received his BS in Pharmacy from Fudan University, Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Georgia, and MBA from Golden Gate University.
