Els van Deventer-Troost, PhD Janssen J&J

Els van Deventer-Troost is a biotechnologist by training. She worked in biochemistry for 9 years at Syngenta-Mogen, engineering fungal and drought resistance into various crops. She joined Crucell in 2002, where she was involved in assay development for antibody- and adenovirus-based drug products, and in early vaccine formulation development. In 2007, she switched to Formulation Development, where she has worked on a broad range of projects involving antibody and adenovirus formulations.

Since 2015, she has been holding a position as a Scientist and Scientific Stability Lead in the Formulation Development group, which is part of the Drug Product Development group within Janssen Vaccines. In this function, she is responsible for Stability strategies, Stability data oversight and Stability impact assessments for investigational products.
