Marc Barthold, PhD apceth Biopharma

Marc Barthold is Head of Quality Management at apceth Biopharma GmbH. He studied Chemistry at the University of Hannover.

Since 1998, Marc has focused on regenerative medicine. He received his Dr. rer. nat. from the University of Braunschweig for his work on bone tissue engineering.

In 2003, he moved to industry joining Cytonet as project leader manufacturing for their liver cell therapy program in Hannover.

Before joining apceth, he held different position in manufacturing, quality control and quality management including a position as qualified person at Miltenyi Biotech, Bergisch Gladbach.

Since 2011, he has focused on quality management for GMP and GCP.
