Nkiruka Ogbuchiekwe is a collaborative Human Resources leader with 15 years of experience helping to sustain high performance and enable the future of work in mission-driven organizations. At Moderna, Nkiruka has helped to set and execute the company's global learning strategy, corporate university structure, and enterprise infrastructure to support a global campus network, digital learning platforms, flagship programs, and the broader culture of learning. Prior to Moderna, Nkiruka worked and conducted research in workforce strategy, learning and development, learning technologies, diversity, equity, and inclusion, digital adoption and enablement, organizational transformation, and HR more broadly. Nkiruka also has a successful track record as a trusted client advisor. As a human capital leader in public sector consulting spanning a wide range of health, civilian, and defense agencies, she led countless cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that accelerated workforce and organization transformation while also shaping thought leadership for industry. Nkiruka is finalizing her doctoral candidacy in the George Washington University’s Human and Organizational Learning (HOL) program where she researches emerging organizational trends in workforce development, leadership, systemic bias, and transformative learning. Nkiruka received a master's degree in learning design and technology from George Mason University and undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
