Pauline Deng CSL Behring

A young professional with a background in biological science research and in the pharmaceutical industry. Current role in global Pharmacovigilance Excellence & Compliance, leading PV system improvement projects and supporting global and local PV compliance processes. Previous roles in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, PV Regions, and project management within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

My areas of interest include operational excellence, project management, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs. I am passionate about advocating for STEM opportunities for students and young professionals (SYP) and actively contributing to establishing a SYP community as part of my role as President 2021/22 for the Australian PDA Students and Young Professionals chapter.
