Pierre has more than 19 years of professional services in the Biopharma industry; he has a Master in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. Pierre worked on major Capital investment in Europe and Asia since 2001 with a focus on creating value during the CQV phases of the projects, including 11 Years for GSK Vaccines on different projects in Europe before moving to Singapore in 2007.

The combination of analytical skill and practical sense has shown to be the needed skills for the execution of life sciences projects where efficiency and effectiveness are required. Pierre has consulted on numerous challenging projects in China, Indonesia, Africa and has educated Inspectors on the importance of good engineering practices supporting GMP operations.

Pierre helps local companies and MNC to develop a comprehensive CQV program supporting process control and operational excellence by implementing the principle of the ICH Q9 and ASTM E2500 to drive a quality by design and sterility by design approach.
