Sofie Rytter Novo Nordisk

Sofie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering within Global Management and Manufacturing from University of Southern Denmark and a Master’s in Technology based Business Development from Aarhus University. In relation with her studies, Sofie has had the opportunity to study abroad in Austria and work for Arla Foods in England.

After her Master’s graduation in 2015, she was employeed at Arla Foods in Denmark until August of 2016, where she started as a Business Analyst in Novo Nordisk at the production facility in Diabetes Finished Production in Bagsvaerd. After approximately a year in this position, she was offered an opening as Area Training Supporter, where the job included running cross functional projects that were related to training support for the site.

Sofie’s professional interest lies with data management and business integration with the purpose of creating a seamless user experience across systems and organisational functionalities with focus on optimal utilization of processes and resources available.
