Tara A. Feuerstein, MS Takeda

Tara Feuerstein is a Head of Device Quality, Risk, and Usability at Takeda. At Takeda, Tara is responsible for the risk management process. Prior to Takeda, Tara worked at Farm Design where she was a program manager and Senior Human Factors Engineer where she managed Human Factors activities across a variety of programs. She also has held various roles in Human Factors and Systems Engineering at Medtronic and Baxter.
